胸膜恶性间皮瘤临床病理分析

 目的 对胸膜恶性间皮瘤进行临床病理分析，提高诊断及治疗水平，减少误诊率。方法 收集１９７５～１９９９年诊治病例，复习Ｘ光、Ｂ超及细胞病理资料。结果 ８０％病人临床上有胸痛且进行性加重，并有胸腔积液。Ｘ光有局限性胸膜增厚，胸水显示出现恶性瘤细胞，病理切片有双向分化特点。结论 对中年人胸部剧烈疼痛伴有胸腔积液时，应首先考虑本瘤，该瘤的确诊应依赖临床、影像学及细胞病理学。
