2005—2008年北京市西城区麻疹流行病学分析

摘    要:目的了解北京市西城区麻疹的流行病学特征,为消除麻疹采取针对性措施提供依据。方法采用流行病学方法对2005—2008年北京市西城区麻疹发病资料进行分析。结果2005—2008年西城区累计发生麻疹251例,年平均发病率为6.71/10万,流动人口发病率明显高于本市人口。麻疹全市均有发病,以3—5月为多。1岁儿童麻疹病例数占病例总数的16.33%,≥15岁组麻疹病例数占病例总数的73.71%。结论流动人口的发病已成为全区麻疹流行的重要影响因素。开展育龄妇女的疫苗接种,提高流动人口麻疹苗免疫覆盖率是控制、消除该区麻疹发病的有效手段。

Abstract:Objectives]To understand the epidemiological characters of measles in Xicheng district of Beijing,provide evidence for taking specific measures of measles elimination.Methods]The data of measles in Xicheng district of Beijing from 2005 to 2008 were analyzed with epidemiological method.Results]During 2005—2008,251 cases were reported,and the average annual incidence of measles was 6.71/1 000 000.The measles morbidity of floating population was significant higher than that of native.There were measles cases in all the year,and the seasonal peak was the period from March to May.16.33% of the total cases were children less than 1 year old,and measles cases in 15 years and above group accounted for 73.71% of the total cases.Conclusion]The measles among floating population has become the main influencing factor of measles prevalence in this district.Developing vaccination among reproductive women and improving immunization coverage rate of measles vaccine among floating population are the effective methods for control and elimination of measles.
