| 摘 要： | 高等医学院校隐性课程对医学生综合素质的培养具有十分重要的作用。加强高等医学院校隐性课程建设,不仅是高等医学教育本身的使命要求,而且也是医药卫生事业改革的需要。开发和建设优质隐性课程要从营造宜人的校园物质文化环境、塑造良好的校园精神文化环境、建设高素质的师资队伍和创设多姿的媒体文化形态等方面入手。

| Abstract: | Hidden courses at medical colleges and universities play an important role in cultivating medical students' comprehensive quality.Both medical education itself and health reform require strengthening the construction of hidden courses at medical colleges and universities.Developing and constructing hidden courses should create agreeable campus material culture and ideological culture,building high-quality teaching staff,and constructing campus media culture. |
