| 摘 要： | 目的:评价保肾手术治疗孤立肾或双侧肾细胞癌的疗效.方法:采用保肾手术治疗孤立肾或双侧肾癌8例.其中孤立肾肾癌2例,双侧肾癌6例.5例行肿瘤剜出术,3例行肾部分切除术.结果:术后随访9～108个月,平均46个月,7例健在,且未见肿瘤复发或转移.1例术后9个月死于肺转移.结论:保肾手术是治疗孤立肾或双侧肾癌的理想方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of nephron sparing surgery for solitary kidney or bilateral renal cell carcinoma. Methods: Eight cases of solitary kidney or bilateral renal cell carcinoma were treated by nephron sparing surgery. This series includes 2 patients with solitary kidney and 6 with bilateral renal cell carcinoma. Tumor enucleation in 5 patients and partial nephrectomy in 3 patients. Results: The patients were followed up for 9~108 months, with an average of 46 months postoperatively. Seven patients were alive, without any tumor recurrence or metastasis and the other one died of lung metastasis of tumor 9 months after operation. Conclusion: Nephron sparing surgery can be performed with satisfactory result in solitary kidney or bilateral renal cell carcinoma. |
