| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨治疗耳廓、鼻部断裂伤Ⅰ期修复的方法。方法耳廓鼻部断裂后严格清洗消毒，对位缝合或游离再植，细线缝合，加高压氧及给予改善微循环药物治疗。结果除2例耳廓断离伤未愈外，余54例修复及再植成功。结论严格清洗消毒创面，对位缝合，高压氧及治疗改善微循环药物治疗对耳廓鼻部断裂伤的Ⅰ期修复有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the method to treat the broken ears and noses. Methods After operation, the patients were treated with hyperbaric oxygen, blood vessel expander and high dose antibiotic. Results The restoration were satisfactory in most patients except two cases. Conclusion The results showed that patients mentioned above should be treated with hyperbaric oxygen, blood vessel expander, and should be treated aggressively by replantation and not abandoned rashly. |
