儿童颅咽管瘤围手术期护理

目的 探讨儿童颅咽管瘤围手术期护理要点。方法 对26例颅咽管瘤患儿术前观察尿崩症、颅内压增高症状，检查视力、视野，做好心理护理。术后严观察多饮、多尿、烦渴等临床表现，记录每小时尿量和24h出入量，观察尿的颜色、测定尿比重；对术后高热给予冰毯、冰帽降主腰穿放脑脊液等处理；观察患儿意识及肢体活动情况，做好专科记录；及时复查电解质，确定电解质紊乱类型，遵医嘱补钠或排钠及预防癫痫发作。结果 18例尿崩症均得到控制，2例术后高热均恢复正常，本组无死亡。结论 做好儿童颅咽管瘤围手术期护理有利于患儿早日康复。

perioperative Nursing of children with cramiopharungioma

ObjectiveTo probe into perioperative nursing of cramiopharungioma.MethodsBefore the 26 diseased children were operated on for removal of cramiopharungioma, diabetes insipidus, introcelebral pressure, eyesight, visual field were closely examined and mental nursing was performed. After operation, such clinical manifestations as intake of water, urination at 24 h, color of urine were closely recorded. After operation, for those in extreme fever, iced sheet, iced cap were applied and even punctuation via lumbar region was performed. After operation, the mentality and movement of limbs were specially recorded, electrolyte were re examined to verify the types of unbalanced electrolyte so as to compensate or exclude Na+ for prevention of epilepsy.ResultsIn 18 of them, diabetes insipidus was contained, 2 got recovered from high fever and no death occurred.ConclusionThe careful perioperative nursing helps the children with cramiopharungioma recovered from surgery more soon.
