嗜水气单胞菌污染饮用水引起的急性腹泻暴发

根据环境流行病学调查以及病原学的检验,报道了一起生活污水污染了水源水,经粪口途径感染,由嗜水气单胞菌引起的急性腹泻暴发,发病率为65％。其临床症状主要表现为:腹泻、腹痛、里急后重、乏力、头晕、噁心,病程较短(3～5天),少数病人可发生呕吐、发热,多数水样便和粘液稀便,少数脓血便,恢复期病人血清中可出现相应抗体,动物实验证实具有强烈的致病性和致死作用,说明了该菌株是产毒株。
