海肤康护创指套在手指远端创伤中的应用研究

目的：探讨海肤康护创指套在手指远端创伤治疗中的临床应用。方法：对我院137例手指远端创伤患者进行回顾性分析。结果：137例患者中131例获得优良效果，无后遗症和并发症；2例因严重挫伤而截指，4例因感染行2次处理，本组临床总有效率95％以上。结论：海肤康护创指套操作简便、节约费用、节省时间，并减轻了患者的痛苦，应用于手指远端创伤治疗疗效满意。

Study on the application of hyphecan cap for the treatment of fingertip trauma

Objective:To investigate the clinical application of hyphecan cap for the treatment of fingertip trauma.Methods:137 patients with fingertip trauma from February 1999 to July 2005 treated in our department were anlaysed retrospectively.Results:Of 137 patients with fingertip trauma undergoing operations,131 acquired excellent effect without sepuela and complication,2 underwent amputation for severe comtusion,4 received reoperation for infection.The clinical effective rate of this group exceeded 95.Conclusion:Using hyphecan cap to cover temporarily the wounds of fingertip trauma is a very good method,which can rapidly operate,save unnecessary expenses and time and have less suffering for patients.
