二甲苯对雄性小鼠生殖细胞遗传损伤作用的研究

摘    要:雄性小鼠经口给467mg/kg和1400mg/kg剂量的二甲苯,致小鼠初级精母细胞染色体畸变率显著增高,性染色体及常染色体早熟分离发生率显著高于对照组;腹腔注射56mg/kg和280mg/kg剂量二甲苯,小鼠精原细胞SCE频率增高。两项试验结果一致,表明二甲苯对雄性小鼠生殖细胞有致突变作用。

Abstract:This study deals with the damage of xylene on germ cells of malemice,Xylene in doses of 457mg/kg and 1400mg/kg were administered byoral, and xylene in doses of 56mg/kg and 280mg/kg were administered in-traperitoneally to male, mice.The results showed: the frequencies of pri-mary spermatocyte chromosomal aberration,spermatogonia SCE in experi-mental groups were significently higher than that of the control group.The results of two experiments were identical.This study revealed thatxylene has toxic effects on germ cells and induced mutation on germcells of male mice.
