| 摘 要： | 目的评价社区护理对老年高血压患者的干预效果，探索社区护理模式。方法对120例社区老年高血压患者进行为期18个月的综合社区护理干预，并通过问卷调查和观察临床体征进行效果评价。结果社区护理干预后，调查对象的血压平均值较干预前下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。患者的认知、行为和不良习惯均有明显改善。结论社区护理对老年高血压患者的干预作用明显，值得坚持和推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of community nursing on elderly hypertensive patients and explore the mode of community nursing. Method Comprehensive community nursing intervention has been carried out to 120 cases of elderly hypertensive patients in community for 18 months. The effects were evaluated by questionnaire investigation and clinical indication observation. Results After community nursing intervention, the average blood pressure of objects decreased than before and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.01）. The cognition, behavior and bad habits of patients have been improved. Conclusion The intervention effects of community nursing on elderly ＇hypertensive patients are obvious and worthy to be insisted on and popularized. |
