医学高校知识分子高血压及相关危险因素Logistic分析

目的]分析医学高校知识分子人群中的高血压患病情况及其主要的危险因素，为高校中高血压的预防和控制提供参考依据。方法]抽取本院1089名35岁以上副高级及以上职称高级知识分子，对其2005年度健康检查资料进行高血压患病率比较和相关危险因素logistic回归分析。结果]男、女高血压患病率分别为36.80%和25.32%，并随年龄增长高血压患病率呈递增趋势，这些人群中高血压患病与年龄、性别、家族史、体质指数（BMI）精神因素及血糖等有关。结论]高校高级知识分子人群高血压患病率及血脂较高，应加强医学高校高血压防治工作的宣教力度，合理营养、重点降低BMI和控制血糖。

LOGISTIC REGRESSION ANALYSIS ON THE PREVALENCE AND RISK FACTORS OF HYPERTENSION AMONG SENIOR INTELLECTUALS IN MEDICAL COLLEGE

Objective]To analyze the prevalence situation and risk factors of hypertension among senior intellectuals in medical college,and to provide reference for further prevention and control of chronic disease.Methods]1 089 senior intellectuals who aged above 35 years old and were assessed as associate professor and professor were selected from Binzhou Medical College. The comparison of prevalence rate of hypertension by gender and the analysis of risk factors of hypertension with Logistic regression were performed.Results]The prevalence rates of hypertension for men and women were 36.80% and 25.32% respectively,and the prevalence rate of hypertension increased along with age. Sex,age,family history of hypertension,body mass index(BMI),spiritual factors and blood sugar were the main risk factors of hypertension in these people.Conclusions]The high prevalence rate of hypertension and hyperlipemia in senior intellectuals suggests that more health education on hypertension and rational nutrition are very necessary. The key point is to control BMI and blood sugar.
