摘    要:目的 探讨马齿苋提取物对人红细胞膜氧化损伤的保护作用。方法 采用邻苯三酚自氧化产生的超氧阴离子自由基 (O· -2 )致红细胞膜损伤 ,以此为膜过氧化损伤实验模型 ,以脂质过氧化降解产物丙二醛 (MDA)、荧光偏振度和膜脂流动性 (MFU)为指标 ,观察马齿苋提取物对人红细胞膜氧化损伤的保护作用。结果 红细胞膜丙二醛 (MDA)含量明显降低 ,荧光偏振度P值明显降低 ,膜质流动性 (MFU)明显增大 ,其作用随剂量增加而增强。结论 马齿苋提取物对氧自由基引发的红细胞膜损伤具有一定的保护作用

Abstract:Objective To explore the protective action of portulaca on damage of red blood cell's membrane caused by oxygen free radical. Methods The injured red blood cells caused by superoxide anion from the auto-oxidation of O-trihydroxy benene and malonidial aldehyde(MDA)from the degradation product of lipid peroxide, fluorescent polarization degree and membrane fluidity(MFU) were used as membrane peroxide damaged experimental models and indexes respectively to observe the preventive action.Results The content of MDA in red blood cell's membrane and fluorescet polarization degree lowered significanty ;MFU increased significantly, and its action became stronger with the increasing of the dosage. Conclusions The extract of portulaca has certain protective action for the red blood cell membrane's injury initated by oxygen free radical.
