一起特殊群体肺结核暴发的调查分析

目的了解在押人员结核病暴发疫情的流行病学特征。方法采用结核菌素试验、胸透、痰菌检查以及流行病学调查。结果查出肺结核7例，罹患率达11.1%，其中肺结核涂阳3例、涂阴4例。结论引起本次疫情的原因复杂，可能与新羁押人员未进行体检、首发病例未得到及时的治疗以及在押人员集居等多种因素有关。

Research and Analysis of An Outbreak of Tuberculosis in Special Population

Objective This investigation was made to find out the epidemiological characteristics of an outbreak of tuberculosis in prison inmates. Methods Tuberculin skin test, chest X-ray examination and mycobacterium tuberculosis test were carried out in combination with epidemiological investigation.
