细胞膜渗透系数的研究 

摘    要:提出了一个全血传质的两相模型和新的透析器清除率表达式,通过测定不同时刻血浆和细胞内溶质浓度,获得了尿素、肌酐和尿酸的细胞膜渗透系数,研究结果对医生准确地评价透析医疗效果和小型、高效透析器的开发具有重要意义。

Abstract:A two-phase mass transfer model for whole blood and a new express-ion of hemodialyzer clearence based on the model were prescnted. Red bl-ood cell (RBC)membrane permeability for urea, creatinine and uric acidwas obtained by measuring the solute distribution between plasma and RBCin vitro. In contrast to urea to be diffused almost instantly through RBCmembrane, creatinine and uric acid were proven to traverse very slowly.The results could be used in accurate computation of hemodialysis therap-eutic effect and in developing small-sized high-efficiency hemodialyzer.
