| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺单侧足三里穴后两侧足三里穴伏安特性的变化,研究针刺得气对穴位伏安特性的影响。方法应用自行研制的智能型穴位伏安特性检测系统,检测20名健康人针刺左侧足三里得气、针刺左侧足三里不得气两种刺激方式后,两侧足三里穴及对照点增减程伏安曲线,并与针刺前结果进行比较。结果针刺得气及针刺不得气两种方法刺激左侧足三里穴后,其增程伏安面积、减程伏安面积、惯性面积均较针刺前显著减小（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;针刺左侧足三里得气后,未接受针刺的右侧足三里惯性面积也显著减小（P〈0.05）,而针刺左侧足三里未得气时,未接受针刺的右侧足三里穴惯性面积反而显著增大（P〈0.01）。结论针刺得气与不得气两种刺激方法对穴位局部影响接近,但对远部或全身的影响则有较大差别。
