| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺治疗慢性疲劳综合征患者焦虑状态的临床疗效。方法将90例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用针刺治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,两组治疗前后分别采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）对患者焦虑状态进行评价。结果两组患者治疗后SAS评分较同组治疗前均有降低（P〈0.01）。两组治疗后SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论针刺治疗能改善CFS患者的焦虑症状。
