护士职业倦怠与唾液中皮质醇水平的相关性研究

目的探讨护士职业倦怠与唾液中皮质醇水平的相关性。方法采用分层-随机-整群的抽样方法,在某市中心医院32个病区抽取10个病区符合纳入标准的在职护士130人,采用职业倦怠调查表(MBI)对其进行测试,并于早晨8:00收集唾液标本,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)分析唾液中皮质醇浓度。结果调查对象职业倦怠状况处于中等偏高状态;皮质醇浓度在情绪枯竭和去人格化倾向方面随倦怠水平增高而升高,而在个人成就感方面则降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士职业倦怠会引起唾液中皮质醇分泌增加,医院管理者应了解职业倦怠对个体的影响,重视护士的身心健康;唾液中皮质醇水平测试分析,使职业倦怠研究更加量化、科学。

Study on correlation between fatigue and salivary cortisol level for nurses

Objective To explore the correlation between fatigue and salivary cortisol level for nurses.Methods 130 nurses were selected from 10 wards out of a total of 32 wards in the municipal central hospital using stratified random sampling method.All subjects were tested by occupational fatigue questionnaire.Saliva samples were collected at 8 AM and detected for cortisol concentration by ELISA.Results Survey of occupational fatigue was in medium plus level.Cortisol concentrations in emotional exhaustion and depersonalization increased with the increase of the fatigue level,and decreased in personal accomplishment.The difference was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusions The secretion of saliva cortisol might be increased due to occupational fatigue for nurses.The hospital administration should pay attention on the impact of occupational fatigue on nurses,and take care of their health and wellbeing.The analysis of saliva cortisol might scientifically quantify the status of occupational fatigue for nurses.
