穴位点刺加头部矩阵针法配合全息推拿手法改善脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能的疗效分析

目的观察穴位点剌加头部矩阵针法配合全息推拿手法改善脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能的临床疗效。方法按照入院顺序将107例脑瘫患儿进行编号及分组，单号54例（对照组）给予常规Bobath技术治疗，双号53例（观察组）在对照组基础上给予穴位点刺加头部矩阵针法配合全息推拿手法治疗，采用粗大运动功能评定量表（GMFM-88）评价治疗前后总百分比和各能区百分比情况。结果2组均可提高GMFM-88总百分比，但观察组提高幅度明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；2组患儿治疗后A区月百分比比较，差异无统计意义（P〉0．05），但治疗后B区、C区、D区、E区月百分比组间比较，差异有统计意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论穴位点刺加头部矩阵针法配合全息推拿手法改善脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能疗效确切，能够显著提高患儿定坐、爬、跪、站立、行走、跑以及跳等粗大运动功能，在促进患儿早期康复和改善患儿生存质量等方面具有重要的意义。

Analysis of acupuncture prick method plus head matrix acupuncture and holographic massage to improve gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy

Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of acupuncture points prick plus head matrix acupuncture and holographic massage to improve gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy. Methods According to order of admission, 107 children with cerebral palsy were numbered and grouped, 54 cases （ odd number into control group） received conventional Bobath therapy, 53 cases （ even number into experimental group} were given acupuncture method plus head matrix acupuncture and holographic massage therapy on the basis of the treatment of control group. Gross motor function assessment scale （ GMFM-88 ） was used to evaluate the percentage of each region. Results The two groups could increase the overall percentage of GMFM-88, but the magnitude of the experimental group improved significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05） ; two groups of children in the area A after treatment had statistic significance { P〉0.05 ） , but after treatment, the monthly percentage of area B ~ area C, area D, area E between the two groups had statistic significance （ P〈O. 05 or P〈0. O1 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture method plus head matrix and holographic massage can improve gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy with exact effect, can significantly improve sitting, crawling, kneeling , standing, walking, running, jumping and other gross motor function, and improve the quality of life, so it has an important significance.
