大叶三七止血、镇痛与补虚作用实验研究

目的基于三七基础功效验证大叶三七对小鼠的止血、镇痛、补虚强壮作用。方法采用断尾法和试管法观察大叶三七对小鼠的止血作用，采用热板法和扭体法观察大叶三七对小鼠的镇痛作用，采用抗疲劳实验和免疫指数测定法观察大叶三七对小鼠的补虚强壮作用，并进行比较。结果三七和大叶三七均能显著缩短小鼠的出血时间，减少小鼠扭体次数，并能提高小鼠痛阈，延长小鼠游泳时间，并使胸腺、脾脏指数呈增加趋势。结论三七与大叶三七对小鼠均有止血及镇痛作用，效果呈现同水平趋势；对小鼠均有补虚强壮作用，大叶三七的作用较三七显著。

Experimental research on big leaf Sanqi to stop bleeding,ease pain and tonify deficiency in mice

Objective To compare the effects of Sanqi and big leaf Sanqi to stop bleeding, ease pain and to- nify deficiency in mice. Methods By using the end-cutting method and the test tube method, we observed the he- mostatic effects on mice. By using the hot plate method and the body torsion method, the analgesic action on mice was observed. We observed the deficiency tonification and strong function in mice by taking the anti-fatigue experi- ment and immune index measurement. Results Compared with physiological saline, Sanqi group and big leaf San- qi group shortened the bleeding and clotting time. All reduced the mice body torsion times and improved the mice pain threshold. All extended the mice swimming time and increased the thymus and spleen weight. Conclusion Sanqi and big leaf sanqi have hemostatic and analgesic effect on mice and show the same level. They all have defi- ciency tonification and strong role in mice. The role of big leaf Sanqi is more significant.
