经腹腔转染iNOS基因对大鼠的降血压作用

摘    要:目的:研究经腹腔转染人iNOScDNA进入正常大鼠体内对大鼠血压的影响及转染的iNOS基因在其体内表达的情况。方法:经腹腔基因转染。结果:①经腹腔转染iNOS基因大鼠的血压从转染后第2d起明显较注射前降低,至第6d降低仍有显著差异(P<0.01);②转染iNOS基因大鼠在转染后第3d、第6d腹腔巨噬细胞的NO水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:经腹腔转染iNOS能明显降低大鼠血压。

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the effect of human iNOS gene transfection on blood pressure in SD rats. METHODS: Human iNOS cDNA was transfected using gene transfection technique via enterocolia. The iNOS gene expression in rat celiac macrophages was also observed. RESULTS: The significant lowering of blood pressure in rats transfected with iNOS gene was observed from second day to sixth day after transfection, compaered to the control group ( P<0.01 ). The NO level in transfected rat celiac macrophages at sixth day after transfection was singnificantly higher than that in control group.CONCLUSION: The results indicated that method of gene transfer via enterocolia may be useful for the hypertension therapy.
