| 摘 要： | 目的探讨螺旋CT血管造影（CTA）对头颈部缺血性脑血管病的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析61例缺血性脑血管病患者的颈部CTA检查资料。结果正常3例,颈总动脉狭窄16例,颈内动脉狭窄25例,椎动脉狭窄或纤细14例,颅内动脉瘤2例,颅内动脉畸形4。结论 64层螺旋CT血管成像对于头颈部血管病变的病因诊断、治疗计划、评价预后有着重要的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the spiral CT angiography（CTA） in head and neck ischemic cerebrovascular disease clinical application value.Methods A retrospective analysis of 61 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in patients with neck CTA data.Results 3 cases were normal,16 cases of carotid artery stenosis,carotid artery stenosis in 25 cases,14 cases of vertebral artery stenosis or slender,intracranial aneurysms in 2 cases,intracranial artery malformation 4.Conclusion The 64 layer spiral CT angiography for head and neck vascular lesions in the etiologic diagnosis,treatment planning,evaluation of prognosis and has important application value in. |
