| 摘 要： | 目的观察老年脑梗死患者应用灯盏细辛注射液的疗效及其对血液流变学、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)的影响。方法在常规治疗的同时,用灯盏细辛注射液40 m l加入5%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注,每天1次,14 d为1疗程。结果灯盏细辛注射液组脑梗死患者的症状明显改善,且血液流变学、血一氧化氮、内皮素水平等均有明显改善,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灯盏细辛能改善老年脑梗死患者血液流变学,减轻内皮细胞的损害。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of calendula injection and its effect on hemorrheology,Plasma NO,ET concentration in aged patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Cerebral infarction patients were treated with calendula injection(40ml/d)for 14 days at the base of the conventional treatment.Results There was significant improvement in the indexes of hemorrheology,plasma NO and ET levels after the treatment of calendula injection in patients with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion Calendula injection can lower blood viscosity,decrease harm to endothelial cell and protect the function of brain cells. |
