| 摘 要： | 目的观察软核性白内障超声乳化手术的临床疗效。方法对208例（245只眼）软核性白内障患者施行低能量高负压超声乳化手术。结果术后1个月矫正视力〉0．8者126只眼（51．4％），0．5～0．8者97只眼（39．6％）。术中无一眼发生后囊膜破裂。术后轻度角膜水肿82只眼，均在术后1—3d消退。结论低能量高负压超声乳化治疗软核性白内障操作简便，手术安全性高，尤其适宜于操作欠熟练的超声乳化术初学者。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effects of phacoemulsification of soft nucleus cataract. Methods 208 cases (245 eyes) of soft nucleus cataract were performed low energy, high negative pressure phacoemulsification. Results The best corrected visual acuity of 126 eyes (51.4%) were over 0.8 and 97 eyes (39.6%) were between 0.5 and 0.8 one month after surgery. No posterior capsule rupture occurred.
