| 摘 要： | 目的：交流直肠癌前切除超低位吻合术后并发吻合口瘘的防治经验，以更好防治吻合口瘘。方法：对已行的156例直肠癌超低位吻合术及出现吻合瘘12例的病例资料进行归纳分析。结果：12例吻合口瘘患者经保守治疗，10－30d后瘘口均愈合。结论：根据吻合口瘘的原因，采取针对性的预防措施，是预防吻合口瘘最有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summary the experiences of prevention and treatment of anastomotic leakage stoma following ultra-low anterior rectal resection.Methods:The clinical data of 156 cases of rectal cancer underwent ultra-low anterior rectal resection in our hospital were collected and the incidence of anastomotic stoma leakage was analyzed.Results:12 cases appeared postoperative anastomotic leakage stoma.All of them were treated with expectant treatment and healed in 10 to 30 days.Conclusion:Taking countermeasures a... |
