| 摘 要： | A 65-year woman was admitted for the neck which had gradually increased for more than 30 years （see Fig.I）. She had a normal phonation, normal serum calcium, normal TSH, and mild high T3 and T4 level preoperatively. She had diagnosed as bilateral nodular goiter preoperatively, and accepted bilateral thyroid leaf subtotal resection.
