摘    要:目的观察环境相对湿度对臭氧空气消毒模拟现场试验结果的影响。方法采用人工喷雾染菌和仪器采样培养方法,对臭氧发生器产臭氧气体在不同相对湿度条件下杀灭空气中细菌的效果进行了评价。结果室内环境空气中相对湿度由40%上升至80%,臭氧浓度检测值由4.39mg/m3下降到3.59mg/m3,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。受环境中相对湿度的影响,臭氧的杀菌效果有统计学意义(P0.01);在空气中臭氧浓度约4.0mg/m3,作用10min,环境相对湿度分别为40%、60%和80%,分别对空气中白色葡萄球菌平均杀灭率为99%、99.9%和99.99%。结论室内空气中相对湿度升高,可使臭氧浓度下降,但杀菌效果提高。

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of different enviormental relative humidity on simulant on-the-spot air disinfection efficacy of the ozone.Methods A simulant field spray test and sampling by instrument were used to test air disinfection efficacy of ozone under different conditional relative humidity.Results When the relative humidity in the aerosol chamber raised from 40% to 80%,the ozone concentration in the chamber declined from 4.39 mg/m3 to 3.59 mg/m3,and the variation has statistical significant(P<0.01).When the ozone concentration in the chamber is 4.0 mg/m3,and the enviormental relative humidity is 40%,60% and 80%,the bactericidal rate of Staphylococcus albus aerosol in the chamber by ozone for 10 min were 99%,99.9% and 99.99% respectively,and the variation has statistical significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Though it will make the concentration of ozone decline,the higher enviormental relative humidity,the better efficacy of air disinfection when ozone used.
