保定市普通高中和职业高中学生心理健康状况比较

目的了解普通高中和职业高中学生的心理健康状态.方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,对保定市重点高中、普通高中、职业高中1 255名学生进行了调查.采用中学生心理健康诊断测验（MHT）为调查工具.该量表除总量表分外,含有8个内容量表和1个效度量表.结果高中学生存在明显心理障碍的发生率为1.9%,不同方面心理异常的发生率为：学习焦虑42.7%、过敏倾向22.7%、身体症状14.0%、自责倾向9.1%.高中学生对学习、考试的担心最明显.不同层次学校的学生心理状况各不相同,各个量表得分由低到高依次为重点高中、普通高中、职业高中,重点高中的学生心理状况与普通高中和职业高中间差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05）,普通高中的学生心理状况与职业高中间差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05）.男生的心理状态与女生间差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05）.结论加强中学生心理健康教育,特别是对职业高中学生的教育,有助于提高中学生的心理健康水平,促进学生的健康成长.

A Comparison on the Mental Health of Normal and Professional Senior High School Students in Baoding City

Objective To study the mental health state of normal and professional senior high school students.MethodsBy means of stratified random and cluster sampling,1 255 students of senior high school in Baoding city were investigated with mental health test (MHT) in the major,common and professional high schools.ResultsThe occurrence rate of obvious psychological disorder was 1.9%.The main aspects of psychotic anomaly were study anxiety (42.7%),hypersensitive tendency(22.7%),physical symptom (14.0%),and self-blame tendency (9.1%).The senior high school students worried about study and examination most.The mental health states of the students were different in the different schools;the order of scores from high to low was the magnet senior high school,the normal senior high school and the professional senior high school.The mental health state of the magnet senior high school students was better than those in the other two(P<0.05);the mental state of the normal senior high school students was superior to that of professional senior high school students(P<0.05);the mental health state of girl-students was worse than that of boy- students(P<0.05).ConclusionTo strengthen the mental health education of high school students,especially the professional senior high school students,is helpful for the senior high school students to improve their mental health level and to grow healthily.
