甲醛消除喷雾剂的制备与质量控制

摘    要:目的本品为工业药剂。试用组成有效配方,以喷雾方法消除居家楼房、室内装修材料释放甲醛气体的污染。方法本配方采用国家标准GB148580.2001及GB/T17657—1999检测方法,进行室内甲醛释放量的消除率测定。结果与结论室内污染甲醛消除率,多次测量均达到95%以上。符合国家标准要求;pH值〈10;粘度应〈2mpas,对家具不产生变色,有效地控制胶合板对甲醛的再释放。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE This product is a industrial medicament.To make up available spraying agent to removing pollution of formaldehyde gas from buildings and indoor dicorating materials. METHODS The national standards GB18580-2001 and GB/T17657-1999 methods was applied to determing the removing rate of indoor formaldehyde gas diffusi/3nRESULTS and CONCLUSION The remove rate of indoor formaldehyde pollution reached above 95 % with repeatedly determing, according with the demands of national standards: pH〈 10, viscosity 〈 2mpas, do not bring about discolor to furnitures. It can control effectively diffusion of formaldehyde gas of plywood.
