老年脑卒中患者膳食状况调查及营养健康教育

目的：了解老年脑卒中患者膳食状况和营养素摄人情况，为开展营养健康教育提供依据。方法：以方便抽样方法对79例老年脑卒中患者饮食习惯及膳食结构进行调查，运用SPSS13．0统计软件对相关资料进行统计分析。结果：79例患者中日餐次数仍以三餐为主64人（81．％），偏食25人（31．64％）．口味偏咸18％；膳食结构中谷类食物日主食量平均260g，常吃杂粮18人（22．78％），偶吃58人（73．42％），不吃23人（29．11％）；牛奶每天喝13人（16．46％）、每周喝1～2次32人（40．51％）、不喝29人（36．71％）；结论：老年脑卒中患者中有不良饮食习惯，膳食结构不够合理，营养素摄入不均衡，要针对性进行营养健康教育，提高患者生存质量。

Elderly stroke patients'diet and health education

Objective To analyze the diet of elderly stroke patients and their nutrition-intake so as to provide basis for health education.Method We used sampling method to investigate 79 cases of elderly stroke patients'diet and related structure,and systematically analyzed by SPSS11.0 statistical software.Results Of all the 79 cases of elderly stroke patients,daily diet of 64 is mainly based on their breakfast,lunch and supper(81.0%),besides,choosy food preference 31.64%,salty preference 18%.The cereal takes an amount of 260 grams in patients'daily food intake on average.Patients who usually take coarse grains take a percentage of 22.78%(18 in 79),occasionally 73.42%(58 in 79),and never 29.11%(29 in 79).There are 13 patients who drink milk everyday(16.46%),once or twice each week 40.51%(32 in 79),never 36.71%(29 in 79).Conclusion Some elderly stroke patients has unhealthy diet habit,unreasonable diet structure,and unbalanced nutrition intake.The related department should launch healthy diet education to enhance their living quality.
