替硝唑凝胶缓释剂在牙周炎和冠周炎治疗中的应用

目的 研究局部应用替硝唑凝胶缓释剂对牙周炎和冠周炎临床疗效。方法 选择112例牙周炎及冠周炎患者,随机分为两组,治疗组将替硝唑几丁糖凝胶放入牙周袋或冠周袋内,隔日1次,共放置3次,以甲硝唑糊剂为对照组。结果 替硝唑凝胶缓释剂及甲硝唑糊剂的临床显效率分别为87.5％和55.4％,两组疗效比较有显著性差异,P<0.01。结论 对于牙周炎及冠周炎患者,在全身用药的同时联合局部应用替硝唑凝胶缓释剂为一行之有效的手段。

Study on Local Application of Tinidazole Chitosan Gel in Treatment of Periodontitis and Pericoronitis

Objective The study was designed to evaluate the efficiency of tinidazole chitosan gel against peridontitis and pericoronitis. Methods 112 patients with peridontitis and pericoronitis were included in this study, 56 of whom were treated by tinidazole chitosan gel randomly and other 56 cases were treated by metronidazole cataplasm as controls. Results The results showed that the effective rate of tinidazole chitosan gel and metronidazole cataplasm were 87.5% and 55.4% .There were significant diferences between two groups(P <0.0l) . Conclusion The results indicate that tinidazole chitosan gel appears to be more effective than metronidazole cataplasm as local application against periodontitis and pericoronitis.
