| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨踝关节内翻型骨折脱位中国接骨法的新疗法。方法：用手法复位，跟后石膏托加小夹板外固定早期练功，并系统观察21例。结果：骨折愈合时间8周，随访17例功能优良者占88％，较手术疗法愈合时间短，功能恢复好。较袜套牵引法减少了卧床。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the new therapeutics of Chinese synthetism in the treatment of varus fracture dislocation of ankle joint.Methods:To do excises in early days after manual reduction with plaster support behind the heel fastened from the outside with small splint, and observe 21 cases systematically.Results:The fracture healed up after 8 weeks, shorter than that by surgery. 88% among 17 cases present functioning well during follow-up survey. The time that has to stay on bed is shorter compared with pulling method through stockings. |
