| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨跟骨骨折的切开复位有限内固定治疗方法和疗效。方法：对我院25例跟骨骨折患者采用切开复位克氏针内固定手术治疗的方法、术后处理和疗效进行总结。结果：经过平均18个月的随访，无严重并发症，结果满意。结论：切开复位有限内固定治疗跟骨骨折有利于骨折的复位、愈合及关节功能恢复，是治疗跟骨骨折的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of the application of open reduction and limited internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fractures.?Methods Twenty five cases of calcaneal fractures were reviewed. Open reduction and limited internal fixation with K wire and bone graft were performed in 25 cases of calcaneal fracture.?Results Operative effect was satisfactory. The average followed up time was 18 months. No seriouse complication was found.?Conclusion The treatment of calcaneal fracture with open reduction and limited internal fixation can improve the healing of fracture and recover of joint function,so it is effective in the treatment of calcaneal fracture. |
