| 摘 要： | 将100位腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者随机分为2组,各50例,分别进行二步背抖法和传统手法的治疗,观察2周后和0.5 a随访疗效.结果:2组治疗前后症状、体征、生活能力及总体疗效上比较均P＜0.05,但0.5 a随访改善比较P＞0.05.结论:二步背抖法近期疗效优于传统推拿手法.

| Abstract: | 100 patients with acute lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups,one group were given two-stage back shaking manipulation,another with traditional manipulation.The curative effects of two groups were compared after two weeks and half a year.The results showed that the symptoms,physical signs,viability and general efficacy were statistic difference(P<0.05) after two weeks therapy,and it was no statistic difference(P>0.05) after half a year between two groups.Conclusion: Two-stage back shaking manipulation is better than traditional manipulation in the near future efficacy. |
