钼酸锂与苯并三氮唑对碳钢在溴化锂溶液中缓蚀作用的协同效应

摘    要:通过静态挂片法研究了钼酸锂与苯并三氮唑对碳钢在溴化锂溶液中缓蚀作用的协同效应,并通过极化曲线评价了钼酸锂与苯并三氮唑复配的缓蚀作用,实验表明钼酸锂与苯并三氮唑对碳钢在溴化锂溶液中的缓蚀作用有一定的协同效应,添加0.02mol/L钼酸锂和0.02mol/L苯并三氮唑能显著抑制溴化锂溶液对碳钢的腐蚀。通过分析极化曲线、俄歇能谱及扫描电镜,可能的缓蚀机理是在碳钢表面形成一层钼酸锂、三氧化钼、铁-苯并三氮唑和三氧化二铁等组成的钝化膜,阻滞阳极反应从而起到缓蚀作用。

Abstract:The synergistic inhibition effect of lithium molydbate and benzotriazole for carbon steel in lithium bromide solution was evaluated by means of weight loss methods during immension. The combination of 0.02 mol/L lithium molydbate and 0.02 mol/L benzotriazole shows the best result. In terms of (polarization) curves, SEM and AES, the probable mechanism involved was that the passive film, which was composed of lithium molydbate, molydbate oxide, iron-benzotriazole and ferric oxide, was formed on the surface of carbon steel to retard the cathodic reaction.
