| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的150例血液透析患者的临床资料,比较分析护理干预前后患者生活质量评分。结果实施护理干预后,150例血液透析患者的物质生活状况、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能4个维度评分明显升高,与干预前比较,（P〈0.05）,有显著性差异。由此可见,良好的护理干预可以明显提高血液透析患者的生活质量。结论实施护理干预可以明显提高血液透析患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing intervention on quality of life in hemodialysis patients studied.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 150 patients admitted to hospital in recent years,hemodialysis patients with clinical data,comparative analysis of quality of life in patients before and after nursing intervention score.Results The implementation of the nursing intervention,150 cases of hemodialysis patients with the material conditions of life,physical function,psychological function,social function score was significantly higher 4 dimensions,and to intervene earlier,P0.05,significant difference.Thus,a good nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life in hemodialysis patients.Conclusion The implementation of the nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life in hemodialysis patients,worthy to be popularized. |
