氦氖激光联合恩再适注射治疗带状疱疹临床疗效观察

目的观察氦氖激光联合恩再适注射治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法带状疱疹患者60例，随机分为治疗与对照两组。治疗组采用氦氖激光照射，同时肌注恩再适注射液；对照组仅给予氦氖激光照射治疗。两组患者均口服阿昔洛韦。结果治疗组与对照组疼痛改善显效分别为21例（70％）与13例（43．3％），两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。皮损改善治疗组显效25例（83．3％），对照组显效20例（66．7％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论氦氖激光联合恩再适注射治疗带状疱疹，镇痛效果好，皮损愈合快，适合于带状疱疹初期治疗。

Clinical observation of He-Ne laser with Analgecine in treatment of herpes zoster

Objective To observe He-Ne laser with Analgecine in treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Sixty patients with herpes zoster were divided into two groups： treatment and control group. He-Ne laser with Analgecine was used in treatment group and He-Ne laser only in control group. All patients took acyclovir orally. After a course of treatment, the level of pain and skin inju- ry were observed. Results According to VAS, the effect of twenty-one patients （70%） was excellent in treatment group and thirteen （43.3%） in control group, which was significant difference between these two groups （P〈0.01）. About skin injury improvement, the effects of twenty-five patients （83.3%） was excellent in treatment group and twenty （66.7%） in control group,which was significant difference between these two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of He-Ne laser with Analgecine is a good method to improve pain and skin injury of early stage of herpes zoster.
