| 摘 要： | 慢性心力衰竭是一种常见的、致死率高、医疗花费高疾患。近半个世纪以来慢性心力衰竭的药物治疗取得较大进展，但是经规范的药物治疗后，慢性心力衰竭预后仍十分严峻，而近年来对慢性心力衰竭患者开展的心脏再同步化、左心室辅助装置、基因治疗等非药物治疗策略已逐渐显现出良好的应用前景。现就慢性心力衰竭主要非药物治疗作一综述。

| Abstract: | Congestive heart failure （ CHF ） is common and has a high rate of fatality. Within the last fifty-year medical treatments have made great advances in the treatment of CHF. Although there are specific medical treatments, the prognosis of CHF is dire. Therefore, non- pharmacologic therapy strategies such as cardiac resynchronization, left ventricular assist devices, and gene therapy, have shown satisfactory and prospective application. This article reviews non-pharmacologic therapies for congestive heart failure. |
