| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫异常出血的疗效。方法：应用OES4000宫腔镜，对43例子宫异常出血患者进行宫腔镜电切手术治疗，其中功能性子宫出血9例，子宫肌瘤18例，子宫内膜息肉16例。结果：术后随访5～18个月月经改善率97．2％，其中无月经28．5％，月经减少47．4％，月经正常21．3％。结论：宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫异常出血疗效高，并发症少，住院时间短，术后恢复快。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of electrotomy with hysteroscope in treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods:Electrotomy with hysteroscope was performed in 43 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding,including 9 functional uterine bleeding,18 uterine myomas and 16 endometrial polyps.Results:Follewed-up 5 to 18 months,the improvement rate of menstruation was 97.2%,of which 28.5% had no menstruation,47.4% reducing menstruation and 21.3% normal menstruation.Conclusion:Electrotomy with hysteroscope is effective with shorten length of stay,quick recovery and less complications. |
