| 摘 要： | 目的调查我院临床分离的阴沟肠杆菌耐药性变化特点，为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法菌株鉴定采用Vitek-AMS鉴定，药敏试验采用纸片扩散法。结果阴沟肠杆菌对头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类等多种抗菌药物呈现耐药性增高。对头孢他啶与头孢噻肟的不敏感率为45．3％及52．9％。头孢吡肟、亚胺培南，仍然对阴沟肠杆菌保持较高活性。结论阴沟肠杆菌已呈现出多重耐药性，因此临床应有效地合理选择使用抗生素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate tile resistant characteristics of clinical isolates of Enterobacter cloacae. Methods Clinical isolates of Enterobacter cloacae were identified by Vitek-AMS and all drugs were tested by disk diffusion methods. Results The drug resistance of E. cloacae was increased to antibiotics, such as cephalospofins, quinolones, et al. Their non-susceptivity rates to ceftazidime and eefotaxime were 45.3% and 52.9% respectively. It was susceptible to eefepirne and imipenem. Conclusion Multidrugresistant strains of E. cloacae is remarkable. We should pay attention to change and use antibiotics reasonably in clinical chemotherapy. |
