| 摘 要： | 目的：分析1990年和2019年中国眼内异物发病和疾病负担情况。 方法：利用2019年全球疾病负担数据库，分析中国总人群、不同年龄组间1990年和2019年我国眼内异物发病和伤残调整寿命年(DALY)情况。 结果：2019年中国眼内异物发病例数为1 125.35万，发病率为79.12/10 000，2019年眼内异物发病数和发病率比1990年降低了12.87%和27.49%。 2019年中国眼内异物DALY为18.12万人年，2019年眼内异物DALY比1990年增加了6.14%。2019年发病例数、发病率和DALY最高的年龄组均为20～54岁年龄组，分别为801.26万、103.97/10 000和10.25万人年。1990～2019年中国眼内异物发病率呈降低趋势，平均年度变化百分比(AAPC)=-1.2%(95%CI： -1.8～-0.7，P<0.05)，DALY率也呈降低趋势，AAPC=-0.6%(95%CI： -2.1～0，P<0.05)。1990～2019年中国和全球眼内异物发病率和DALY率均呈下降趋势， 2019年，中国眼内异物发病率和DALY率明显高于全球及不同社会人口指数(SDI)地区。 结论：中国眼内异物发病率和DALY率虽然近年来呈降低趋势，但中国人口基数大，在全球范围内眼内异物负担占比仍然较大，应采取积极的预防措施以减轻眼内异物的疾病负担。 |
