芬吗通联合米非司酮治疗<2cm宫腔残留效果分析

目的 探讨芬吗通联合米非司酮治疗<2cm宫腔残留的临床效果.方法 收集2017年1月-2018年12月沈阳市铁西区凌空社区卫生服务中心收治的<2 cm宫腔残留患者82例,随机分为对照组和观察组各43例.对照组应用清宫术,观察组应用芬吗通联合米非司酮治疗,比较两组患者月经复潮时间及首次月经后的子宫内膜厚度、月经量等.结果对照组月经复潮时间为(41.53±1.83)d,观察组为(48.72±1.71)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组子宫内膜厚度为(5.00±0.69)mm,月经量(61.62±8.84)mL,观察组子宫内膜厚度为(5.56±0.88)mm,月经量为(64.65±7.19)mL,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 芬吗通联合米非司酮药物治疗<2 cm宫腔残留效果与清宫术接近,但月经复潮时间短,值得临床推广应用.

Effect of Femoston Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of<2 cm Uterine Cavity Residual

Objective To observe the clinical effect of femoston combined with mifepristone in the treatment of<2 cm uterine cavity residual.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,a total of 82 patients with less than 2 cm uterine cavity residual in our outpatient department were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group.The control group adopted curettage,and the observation group adopted femoston combined with mifepristone.The thickness of endometrium,the amount of menstruation and the time of menstruation recovery were compared between two groups.Results There was significant difference in the time of menstruation recovery[(41.53±1.83)d vs(48.72±1.71)d],and there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness[(5.00±0.69)mm vs(5.56±0.88)mm]and first menstrual volume[(64.65±7.19)mL vs(61.62±8.84)mL]between the two groups after the first menstruation(P>0.05),and Conclusion The effect of femoston combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine cavity residual less than 2 cm is similar to curettage operation,but the time of menstruation is short,so it is worthy of clinical application.
