| 摘 要： | 目的探讨翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的临床效果。方法将我院翼状胬肉患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予单纯翼状胬肉切除治疗，观察组同时联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术，随访评估两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者术后12个月及24个月治愈率均高于对照组，复发率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的临床效果显著，复发率低，值得应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of pterygium excision combined with autoallergic corneal limbus stem cell transplantation in treating 70 cases with pterygium. Methods 70 cases with pterygium were divided into the observe group and the control group. The control group received the pterygium excision treatment, and at the same time the observe group received the treatment of pterygium excision combined with autoallergic corneal limbus stem cell transplantation. Results The cure rate in the observe group after 12 months and 24 months was more than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The relapse rate in the observe group after 12 months and 24 months was fewer than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The effect of pterygium excision combined with autoallergic corneal limbus stem cell transplantation in treating pterygium is obvious and the relapse rate is few. so they are worth being used. |
