腹腔镜联合胆道镜经胆囊管治疗胆囊结石并胆总管结石

目的总结腹腔镜联合胆道镜经胆囊管治疗胆囊结石并胆总管结石的临床经验。方法回顾分析我院2011年3月至2013年5月间23例采用二镜联合经胆囊管治疗胆囊结石并胆总管结石患者的临床资料。结果23例患者中2例因胆囊管较细，胆道镜无法插入，改为腹腔镜下胆总管切开胆道镜探查取石术；余2l例均顺利完成经胆囊管胆总管取石，无1例发生严重并发症。结论二镜联合经胆囊管治疗胆囊结石并胆总管结石安全有效、创伤小、恢复快。

Laparoscopy aligned with choledochoscope treating gallstone and choledocholithiasis through ductus cysticus

Objective Summary of clinical experience of laparoscopy aligned with choledochoscope treating gallstone and eholedoeholithiasis through ductus eysticus. Methods Retrospected and analyzed clinical documents of 23 examples treating gallstone and eholedocholithiasis through duets cystieus with laparoscopy and eholedoehoseope in our hospital from March 2011 to May 2013. Results In two of the 23 eases, the operations changed to cut common bile duet using laparoseopy and removed calculus by using eholedoehoseope, because cystic duet was too narrow to insert eholedochoseope; other eases were successful in removing calculus throughductus cysticus without serious complication. Conclusions Gallstone and choledocholithiasis treatment through ductus cysticus with laparoscopy and choledochoscope is safe and effective, easy to recover with little trauma.
