婴幼儿唇腭裂修复术围手术期的呼吸道管理

目的 探讨婴幼儿唇腭裂修复术围手术期呼吸道管理的护理要点.方法 对175例唇腭裂患儿病例进行回顾性分析和总结,并不断改进护理方法.结果 175例患儿唇腭裂修复术后未并发感染,创口均一期愈合,其中腭部松弛切口出血2例,术后低氧血症2例,术后发生喂食管反流误吸1例,经及时发现,积极处理均痊愈出院.结论 唇腭裂修复术围手术期的并发症主要与呼吸道的并发症相关,完善术前准备,加强围手术期护理,尤其加强呼吸道的管理,可有效减少术后并发症的发生,提高患儿手术的安全性.

Perioperative management of respiratory tract in infant patients with cleft lip and palate repair

Objective To investigate the nursing key point of perioperative management of respiratory tract in infant patients with cleft lip and palate repair.Methods To retrospectively analyze and summarize the documents of 175 infant patients with cleft lip and palate in our hospital,in order to continuously improve the nursing methods.Results A total of 175 infant patients with cleft lip and palate were selected and performed the cleft lip or palate repair surgery.We did not find complications of infection in all of them.Operative incision of all patients obtained primary healing,with postoperative bleeding of palatorrhaphy relaxing incisions in 2 patients,postoperative hypoxemia in 2 patients and postoperative gastroesophageal reflux and aspiration in 1 patient.All of these situations were timely detected and treated appropriately without causing severe complications.All of infant patients were discharged from hospital after recovery.Conclusions Complications which happened during the perioperative period are associated with complications of respiratory tract.We should improve the preoperative preparation and strengthen perioperative nursing,especially the management of respiratory tract,which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and enhance the safety of surgery in infant patients with cleft lip and palate.
