局部亚高温热疗对肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响

目的探讨局部亚高温热疗对肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法将60例病理证实为恶性肿瘤的患者随机分为两组：热化疗组（30例）和化疗组（30例）。在治疗前后抽取患者外周血样本，流式细胞仪检测样本中的淋巴细胞亚群的百分含量。结果CD3，CD4，CD4／CD8比值及NK的值，热化疗组治疗前分别为（67．0±10．0）％，（43．2±5．4）％，（2．1±0．4）％，（22．8±6．3）％。治疗后分别为（67．8±14．9）％，（45．4±11．9）％，（2．4±0．9）％，（22．6±13．6）％，差异无统计学意义。化疗组治疗前分别为（77．7±5．61）％，（51．0±7．4）％，（1．94±0．3）％，（19．0±4．5）％，治疗后分别为（68．2±6．7）％，（41．5±3．6）％，（1．51±O．3）％，（10．1±3．5）％。其中CD3和NK的值差异具有统计学意义。结论亚高温局部热疗对肿瘤患者的免疫功能有短期增强作用。

Immunological effects of local sub-hyperthermla on malignancy patients

Objective To investigate the immunological effects of local sub-hyperthermia on malignancy patients. Methods 60 malignancy patients were confirmed by pathology and divided into two groups： chemo- hyperthermia（30cases）, chemotherapy （30cases）. Peripheral blood samples from patients before and after treatment were detected by flow cytometry for percentage subsets. Results In chemo-hyperthermia group, the value of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8, and NK were （67.0 ± 10.0） %, （43.2 ± 5.4 ） %, （2.1 ± 0.4） % , （22.8 ± 6.3）%, before treatment, and were（67.8 ± 14.9）%, （45.4 ± 11.9）%, （2.4 ±0.9）%, （22.6 ± 13.6）% after treatment. There were no statistical significance between them. In chemotherapy group, the value of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 and NK were （77.7 ±5.61）% ,（51.0 ±7.4）%, （1.94 ±0.3）% ,（19.0 ±4.5）% before treatment ,and were （68.2 ±6.7）%, （41.5 ±3.6）%, （1.51 ±0.3）%, （10. 1 ±3.5）% after treatment. There were statistical significance between the value of CD3 and NK. Conclusions Local sub-hyperthemfia can enhance immunity in short period.
