结直肠肿瘤患者术后全营养支持的康复效果观察

目的评价全营养混合液（total nutrient admixture，TNA）对结直肠肿瘤患者术后的临床康复效果．方法将44例结直肠肿瘤术后患者随机分为观察、对照两组，观察组（n=21）采用TNA输注治疗，对照组（n=23）采用普通输液治疗，分析两组患者电解质紊乱、切13感染、7d拆线、切口不愈合、肝代谢功能、平均住院天数及平均住院费用等指标．结果观察组电解质紊乱率、切口感染率、切口不愈合率及住院天数均小于对照组（P〈0．05），7d拆线率、均高于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组Pit、ALT和AST和住院费用水平无差异（P〉0．05）．结论营养支持高龄结直肠肿瘤患者临床康复效果优于普通输液方式，社区医院使用可以不增加患者经济负担．
