椎体成形术在骨质疏松性椎体骨折治疗中的应用

目的探讨和评估经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果及注意事项。方法自2005年3月以来，应用椎体后凸成形术治疗老年椎体压缩骨折34例40个椎体，术后进行临床和影像学评估。结果所有患者获得6～24个月（平均12．2个月）随访。其中31例术后胸背部疼痛消失，3例疼痛明显减轻，无一例神经系统并发症发生。术后X线片及CT提示伤椎内骨水泥填充部位满意，无椎管内占位。后凸畸形矫正情况：术前平均37°，术后平均16°，改善角度平均21°。随访观察疼痛无复发，X线片未见椎体高度丢失。结论经皮椎体后凸成形术具有微创、安全、临床疗效良好的优点，是治疗老年椎体压缩骨折理想方法之一。严格掌握适应证、准确穿刺、关键步骤中严密透视监测及病人自我监测等可有效避免严重并发症的发生。

Application of Percutaneous Kyphoplasty in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Body Compression Fractures

Objective To discuss and evaluate the clinical effects and value of the percuraneous kyphoplasty （PKP）in the treatment of vertebral body compression fracture（VCF）in aged osreoporosis. Methods 34 old patients with VCF were treated by PKP from Mar. 2005. There were 14 men and 20 women. Altogether 40 vertebra were treated. Clinical and radiological evaluations were done. Results The mean follow-up was 12. 2 months. Of the 34 cases, 31 obtained immediate relief of pian,All patients were discharged within 5 days. Follow up found no recurrence of the symptoms,X-ray and CT films showed no loss of the vertebral height. Conclusion The PKP is a recommendable method which is safe and effective for VCF.
