| 摘 要： | 近年来，医患纠纷呈上升趋势，这其中既有社会的因素，患者的因素，也有医疗卫生行业自身的因素。而临床实习作为医学教育的重要阶段，是培养实用型临床医学人才的必要手段。如何在临床实习中，加强对实习生处理医患纠纷的教育，培养出专业技能过硬、身心健康、文化素养深厚、品德高尚的合格医学人才，是提高医疗质量的保证，也是防止医疗差错，减少医患纠纷的关键。
