| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的快速发展，高等教育制度的改革，社会竞争压力增大，当代大学生面临着生活、学习、就业、人际交往、自我认知等方面的压力。在一定程度上影响了大学生的健康成长与和谐发展。所以，加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作，既是高等学校育人工作的中心环节，也是构建和谐社会面临的十分紧迫的任务。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of society and economy, the reform of higher education system, and the pressure of social competition, contemporary undergraduates are faced with the pressure from study, employment, communication and self-awareness, which influence their healthy grow-up. So enforcing and improving the moral education is not only the center link of education, but also the important task of building harmonious society. |
