舒适护理在人工肝治疗重型肝炎中的应用

目的探讨舒适护理在人工肝治疗重型肝炎过程中的作用。方法对36例重型肝炎患者采用人工肝治疗,同时采用心理支持及自我应对指导,充分体现以人为本的护理理念,给予患者环境舒适护理。结果36例中治愈出院26例,好转出院5例,自动出院1例,转院接受外科治疗1例,死亡3例。结论舒适护理在人工肝支持治疗过程中起到积极有效的作用。

Application of comfortable nursing in the treatment of serious hepatitis with artificial liver

Objective To observe the role of comfortable nursing in the treatment of serious hepatitis with artificial liver.Methods Thirty-six patients with serious hepatitis were treated with plasma exchange in artificial liver system.Meanwhile,mental support and self coping guidance were given to patients to completely show the human-oriented nursing concept and to give the patients the comfortable nursing.Results Among thirty-six cases,twenty-six cases were cured,five cases were turned better,one case voluntarily left the hospital,one case were performed surgical treatment in the other hospital,and 3 cases were dead.Conclusion Comfortable nursing plays a positive and effective role on the treatment of artificial liver support system.
